Investigating the impact of smart grids and demand response inenvironment emissions reduction abstract
In recent years, the environmental emissions and the use of executive solutions and quick returns to reduce this emission is one of the major issues facing the great industry such as power industry.Although the use of renewable and clean sources such as wind and solar power plants is one option for the power industry in order to reduce emissions, however, these resources requires high investment costs and in particular, there is no investment return for solar power plants and construction of them won’t be justified economically. On one hand, according to the privatization process in industry and requiring to private nvestment in generating, investors should be encouraged to investment in thisindustry which is not possible with the status quo. Therefore, the use of quick return solutions and lower costs is important to reduce emissions. Since in many cities, GIS projects has been implemented or are implementing, and moves toward smart grids at an appropriate speed; thus the smart grid facilities and bidirectional production and consumption can be used to reduce nvironmental emissions and step in reducing the emissions of the industry s leap using demand response programs. Because most of the country s power industry emission is related to generate low-efficient power plants and emission which is needed during peak hours and excess power consumption, thereby, causing environmental emission and it can have a significant impact on reducing emission by eliminating them.
