Abstract:

This research on hydrologic basin of Rasht has been done, using the relation of intensity - for a lot of Rasht and current land use map and SCS sub-basin runoff coefficient is calculated for return periods of 2 years. In addition, by providing sub-basin physiographic information and specifications for the software channel sections Storm Cad areas where the risk of flooding in them, (for return periods of 2) has been shown. the tool makes it easy to convert descriptive and non-descriptive information (location) has been designed to achieve them.
