A comprehensive review of service models in cloud computing abstract
Cloud computing is becoming very important as a means of enabling web-based value added services. It involves the deployment of a combination of old and new technologies and is currentlybecoming the norm for many enterprises. Due to the various created services and changes in each, it is notknown exactly how many services are currently used and which one of them they are. Therefore, it is necessary to make an inclusive discussion of the various features and characteristics of the available cloudservice developments including the various service models in different layers and it lists all the availableservices being used. This paper presents an appraisal of cloud deployment models and various cloud computing service models. Cloud computing service models are classified into various types includingaspects such as Infrastructure as a Service, platform as a service, software as a service, Backup as aService, Computing, Database, Ethernet, Storage, Development, User Interface, Identity, Malware, Mashups, Media, Queue, Security, Communication, Monitoring, Hardware, Data, Identity and Policy Management, Model and Disaster Recovery as Services.
