Thus by reason of problems and lacks in this base, some investigations done in relation to mortality reasons of this animal. Method & Materials: One kind of bacterial contamination was reported in Artemia nurture center of Uremia University, therefore scrutiny of unhealthy fish samples was accomplished in the pathologic section. First in the laboratory, microbiological tests of bacterial culturing from organs (such as liver, skin, abdomen area, heart and spleen) was accomplished in Blood agar and Mac canky agar mediums. Inoculated mediums were incubated for 48 hour. At the end of incubation period whenever any kind of colonies appeared, needful scrutiny was performed for final specification of developed bacteria. Afterwards the samples transferred to pathology laboratory for pathologic tests. Results & Conclusion: Pathological results: Blur color of fishes, irregular and ample bloodshed of wounds, Asita, swell of heart and liver, etc. Microbiological results: after scrutiny of aerobic and anaerobic mediums, Aeromounas hydrophilia was isolated which exist in brain, lung, liver, kidney and spleen but there was not in stomach. Bacterias which isolated from unhealthy cases, have sensitivity to Penicilins, Tetracycline, Enrophlocsacine, Gentamycine that was 5, 12, 99, 88%, respectively. This proportion was 79, 85, 99, 98% for broth medium Bacterias. Enrophlocsacine prescribed as edible 10 mg per one body weight Kg within 10 days for fishes which had symptoms that caused decrease of symptoms and non-isolating of bacteria from cultured mediums.
