Abstract:

Cancer is contemplated as a social disaster and is one of the deadliest diseases one in the world. Despite the many advances made in medicine, there is no definitive treatment for cancer. Today, many efforts have been made to use natural substances to treat cancer, and all these efforts are aimed at reducing side effects of treatments. Nutrition compound play significantly function in the incidence of different kind of cancer, research showed nearby 30% of all cancer agents relevant to nutrition materials. studies demonstrate the highest rate of cancers related to gastrointestinal tract. The main factors are unknown but colon cancer has different potential peril factors. Colon cancer events when cells have high division without dying. Nowadays using of nanoparticles (NPs) recommended because of its toxic effects on cell cancer. The use of nanoparticles in the treatment of cancer today has attracted by many researchers. Zn O nanoparticles (NPs) are known to have biological properties such as antioxidant, antibacterial and anticancer activities. In this regard this study attempts to show the role Zn O nanoparticles (NPs) on the cytotoxicity activity and morphological cells. HT cell lines cultured in RPMI 1640 contained 1% antibiotic and 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS). The cells treated with 100,50,25 μg/ml of nanoparticles(NPs) of brassica Napus L for 24, 48 and 72 hours. After the treatment, the survival rateof the cells was evaluated by adding MTT and determining the absorbance of 570 nm using ELISA reader. Finally, the cell survival rate was calculated from the following formula: OD sample/OD control×100 . The data show that the nanoparticle suppresses cancer cells and can reduce cell survival. Medium concentrations (IC50) were reported at about 80 % 24 h after treatment. Survival rates showed a significant change from about 90% to 10% in 10 to 160 μ g/ml of nanoparticles. Usually The shape of HT cells are spherical, when the cells exposed with Zn O nanoparticles( NPs) the cells shrinkage, volume of cells decrease and chromatin condensation. This study shows the potential of nanoparticles in the removal of cancerous cells and confirms the possibility of using nanoparticles in cancer therapy
