Abstract:

Nowadays Cancer after heart diseases is one of the causes of death in the world and the most common form of cancer in women is breast cancer. Anastrozole is one of anti-breast cancer that is in the aromatase-inhibiting family of medications and used to prevent breast cancer in those at high risk. The main goal of many anti-cancer drugs is DNA. According to studies, some changes have a veryimportant role in regulating transcription. Histones are responsible for compressing and organizing DNA chromosomes and can inhibit gene expression. Therefore, the study of the interaction of anti-cancer drugs-DNA and histon is important for a better understanding of their mechanism and design of newer and more effective drug compounds. The results of emission spectroscopy showed increasingof DNA-H due to quenching and formation of complex between ligand and DNA-H. Competitive binding studied by using of ethidium bromide and acridine orange, that both of them are intercalator probes. The fluorescence emission spectra of DNA-H-EB did not change and The fluorescence emission spectra of DNA-H-AO has little change. In fact, the presence of histon had an effect on the ligand competition with probes that indicate anastrozole in presence of histon is non-intercalator ligand.
