Abstract:

Anti-inflammatory activity can be mentioned from the medicinal effects of the rice plant. A series of studies show that F.vulgare effectively controls the control of various bacterial, fungal, viral, mycobacterial and cellular infections disorders. Fennel is used to treat many bacteria, fungi, viruses and infectious diseases of mycobacterium. Tubo is a transformed BALBC / c cell line for the development of HER2 / neu oncogene rats. he TUBO cell line is a well-known model for neu-positive breast cancer derived from a mammary tumor in a BALB-neu rat mouse that has quickly become a neu rat. Materials and Methods: In this study, tomato extract of fennel was prepared first, the concentrations required for morphological examination of cells and also MTT assay were prepared. TUBO cancer cells were grown in 5 concentrations of culture flasks compared to L929 cells. The flasks were taken to observe the surface and adhesion to the surface for 3 consecutive days. he results were analyzed by SPSS software and ANOVA. Results: The results of MTT assay after 72 hours of inhibitory concentration of 50% growth of cells (IC50) for breast cancer cells were obtained after 72 hours at 200 μg / ml. TUBO was affected by total fennel extract on day 3 at a concentration of 200 and indicated complete degeneration and cell death. Conclusion: Tomato extract of fennel can show dual effects on cancer cells by making intracellular changes
