Ag nanowires/Graphene thin films: Deposition and electrical properties investigation abstract
Ag nanowires/ graphene thin films are prepared by electrophoretical coating of electrochemically exfoliated graphene sheets on a network of silver nanowires. Graphene sheets are synthesis by electrochemical exfoliation of graphite foil under anodic potential condition. Different parameters such as deposition potential and deposition time of graphene were optimized. The graphene percolation significantly enhances electrical properties of final composite films. Final Ag nanowires/ graphene film shows Rs= 25 Ω sq-1 which is comparable to conventional transparent conductive film
