Abstract:

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational structure and entrepreneurial culture in Kohgiloyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province Gas Company. The study objectively is applied and in terms of how to obtain the data is field. The population of this research includes all employees, experts and managers of Kohgiloyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province Gas Company who were 493 people. The sample size was estimated 217 by using the Jersey Morgan table. In this study, random sampling method will be used. In this study, Robbins questionnaire was used to estimate the dimensions of the organizational structure and Lorsh questionnaire was used to assess the entrepreneurial organizational culture. The collected data were analyzed by using the spss software. In the descriptive analysis of the data, frequency, frequency percentage, mean and standard deviation were used. Also in the analytical part the Pearson correlation coefficient and linear regression were used. The results showed that formality (p=0/0001 and r=0/528), culture (p=0/0001 and r=0/811), strategy (p=0/0001 and r=0/815) and technology (p=0/0001 and r=0/257) have a significant positive correlation with entrepreneurial corporate culture at 99% level. However, the complexity (p=0/519 and r=0/009) and focus (p=0/337 and r=0/068) have no significant difference with entrepreneurial corporate culture. However, the organizational structure has a significant positive correlation with entrepreneurial corporate culture (p=0/0001 and r=0/521). The results also showed that culture has the greatest impact in predicting the entrepreneurial organizational culture.
