Abstract:

This study aimed to survey of the relationship methods of conflict resolution and job stress with primary teacher’s self-efficiency of Roudan city. The population of this study included all elementary teachers in the academic year 2013-2014 Mesopotamian city that is equal to 535, are based on a formula of population Cochrane sample of 222 was set. In this study, three standard questionnaire Questionnaire conflict resolution practices, job stress questionnaires and questionnaires were self-Scherrer. Data is both descriptive and inferential analysis was that the results are as follows: the methods of conflict resolution, integrated approach and methods of avoiding significant relationship with self-efficacy, self-control and reconciliation have a direct and significant relationship, job stress also has significant negative relationship with self-efficacy, the results showed that 24 percent of the variance in self-efficacy variables simultaneously predict. Integrated approach, avoidance, control and reconciliation, altogether 20% of the variance in predicting the efficacy, as well as the way of conflict resolution is required, there is no significant relationship with self. Pearson correlation between job stress and self-test results showed that the components of demand, and there is a significant correlation with efficacy. Also, the controller changes the role of support staff and the support of authorities and there is a significant negative relationship with self. The overall 1 percent of the variance in job stress factors to predict efficacy.
