Abstract:

Introduction: Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women with highmortality and morbidity. Body weight and nutrition are known to play animportant role in its pathogenesis and prognosis of breast cancer.Methods:we have done systemic review on Breast cancer ,obesity and lifestyleThe following sources were searched: Medline, Web of Science and thereference section of relevant article..Result: Many research found a positive association with not only obesity butalso overweigh and breast cancer .Furthermore, prospective studies showed Therole of healthy diet and physical activity y in good prognosis of breast cancer .Some research pointed out Obesity and a sedentary lifestyle is highly prevalentin cancer survivors as well as breast cancer , and a growing number ofpublications have shown statistically and clinically significant associationsbetween low levels of physical activity, obesity and cancer recurrence anddeath. The other study pointed out results suggest that physical activityinterventions are safe for cancer survivors and produce improvements in fitness,strength, physical function, and cancer-related psychosocial variables, whereasdietary interventions improve diet quality, nutrition-related biomarkers andbody weight. The intervention emphasizes increased physical activity, strategiesto improve body image and self-acceptance, and cognitive-behavioral therapy topromote healthy eating attitudes and behaviors.Conclusion : Because obesity is a global health problem and the role of it toincrease breast cancer is known and also it is a modifiable lifestyle , theprevention or reduction of obesity by increasing physical activity ,low fat dietand rich in fruit, fiber and vegetables, and also decreasing caloric intake wouldhave enormous public health impact to breast cancer outcomes and survival .
