Abstract:

In the present study,the experimental solubility of Glutamine were determinedin aqueouspotassium nitrate(KNO3) and potassium chloride (KCl) solutions atT= (298.2 and 308.2) Kby using a ‘gravimetric’ method. Theexperimental data on the solubilitywere measured at different temperatures of Glutamine in aqueous electrolytesolutions with a different concentration of KCl and KNO3at T= (298.2 and 308.2) K. Gibbs free energies have beenevaluated at both temperatures.It was found the solubility of Glutaminerises with an increase in the KCl and KNO3concentration.These results can contribute to a better understanding of the thermodynamic behaviour of Glutamine inaqueous solution.
