Multi component Reaction of Isoquinoline, Dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylate, Aldehydes and Dimedone Catalyzed by Bio-CuO-NPs

An efficient method is described to generation of pyrido[۲,۱-a]isoquinoline-۳,۴-dicarboxylates via one-pot four-component reaction of dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylate, isoquinoline, aldehydes and malononitrile (or dimedone) catalyzed by CuO-NPs. This reaction is performed in gently conditions with good yield.
