According to constraints of the organization s budget, prioritization and implementation of appropriatestrategies for elimination or reduction of Technology gaps, is very importance. Grading and proper selection oftechnology assessment strategies are needed for an organization to run, can improve competitive advantageBased on highly regarded model of CAPTECH, which is recommended by UNIDO, technology parameters aredefined in each phase and not generally. In the end the biggest gaps are defined. The main goal is to prioritizethe main affecting parameters quality of Babol Poolad Gheteh Company. In order to fulfill our goal seven highand medium managers were questioned for this paper. The questions were gathered according to UNIDOsamples. After a qualitative and quantitative test we concluded that the biggest gap is for Systems and Practices(79) and the lowest gap is for Logistics and Optimization Level and Product Technology (58). Then TOPSIShelps to rank these firms technology.
