Secondly will go to quality concepts and models, their differences and similarities between Six Sigma and lean manufacturing, complementary aspects checking and their forte in organization improvement. Finally explain summary of a six sigma project implementation and applied tools in it and its role in improving customer satisfaction and will check decreasing cost of product or services.
