Abstract:
Class management as a basic issue has gained an uprising attention in different fields of basic sciences and applied research in general and in educational classroom specifically. Taking into consideration the significance of class management, it has been a perplex issue, besides encountering impediments. This review article intended to peruse and scrutinize literature of various studies relying on definition and applicability of positive psychology and relatively in its approximation, proactive behaviors. The primary key findings of all the conducted research present the insight that class management has as much significance as knowledge transferring, which is considered as the integral aim of teaching. Second, the entire studies consistently found that use of proactive behaviors in the frame of strategies enacts a facilitator role in class management. In the end, the findings were discussed and some suggestions were provided to help teachers get a better awareness regarding positive and proactive strategies in controlling and managing classroom
