External Cost Investigating of Accident

Each year, Accidents in Iran impose the cost of heavy direct and indirect lives, financial and social to the country. Direct financial cost can classified in the damage be related injuries vehicles, infrastructure of transportation and damaged loads. While the consequences are more severe and covers accidents costs related to delay in arrival loads, losing or being inefficient productive forces, regret psychological of its survivors and consequences of it and so it went. In this study, using the DALY index calculated external costs caused by accidents Casualties and disabled in Khuzestan province and the amount paid rial damage these incidents can be achieved.
