Abstract:
Background and Aim:Lactic acid bacteria are beneficial bacteria in the intestinal tract of humans and animals .LAB improve the intestinal micro flora and increase the growth and health of animal.Methods:The samples (30) were collected from sander luciperca intestinal tract and the isolates were obtained by growing on MRS agar . Identification of bacteria was based on biochemical and molecular (16s rDNA) methods.Results:the bacteria were detected lactobacillus brevis and lactobacillus plantarum. Which can be used as probiotics in fish feed.Conclusion:Phylogenetic results showed that Lactobacillus spp Had the highest genetic similarity with strains of China and Iran.
