Abstract:
Primary Cutaneous CD30-positive Lympho proliferative Disorders represent the second most common group of CTCL and include primary cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma (C-ALCL) and lymphomatoid papulosis (LyP).C-ALCL affects adults and is rare in children and present with solitary or few nodules and tumors. Treatments are Radiotherapy or surgical excision. In patients with multiple lesions therapeutic options are Radiotherapy, low dose MTX, retinoids…..LyP occurs at any ages and typical lesions are red-brown papulonodules sometimes with central crusting and necrosis. In LyP treatment is unsatisfactory .In mild or moderate cases low dose MTX is the most effective therapy. Other treatments are PUVA, topical and systemic chemotherapy, TSEB …….. . Long term follow up is mandatory because of probable association with other types of cutaneous or systemic lemphomas.
