The basic aim of this paper is to provide a new numericalapproach for solving nonlinear Volterra-Fredholm integral equations.Theintroduced method is a combination of the variational iteration methodand the spectral collocation method. This method is easy to implementand requires no tedious computational work. In addition, it does not re-quire calculating Adomian s polynomials and Lagrange s multiplier values.The performance and accuracy of our method are examined with some il-lustrative examples and compared favorably with the exact solutions.
