Abstract:
Influencing and altering the river, such as the construction of a dam, and non-observance of the downstream right will make the river basin from a stream of living matter to a reservoir. Therefore, the downstream will undergo immediate changes. One of these changes is the change in the hydrological regime of the river stream, which will cause a lot of losses. Considering the significant correlation between meteorological conditions and hydrological conditions, one can study the status and trend of each change and their effects on each other by examining these two parameters. To this end, in this research, considering the conditions created in recent years and the importance of the allocation of water in terms of the right bottom of the dams, the river basin of Kor was studied. Meteorological and hydrologic parameters, two rainfall and river variables, with two SPI and SDI indices were investigated. Finally, using the Mann-Kendall trend analysis on two indices calculated in two upstream and downstream of the Doroudzan Dam, the results showed that SDI index at the bottom of the dam hydrometric station undergoes severe changes, especially during the statistical period of 2007 to 2014, without the trend has been indicative of the impact of policies and human intervention on the hydrological regime of the river at the bottom of the dam.
