Abstract:
During research of bainitic steels with 0,50 % or more content of silicon we disclosed the opposite to 'aging' phenomenon, so called 'Rejuvenation' – an improvement of mechanical properties, particularly plasticity during holding of products. After analisys of literary and own datas is proposed scientific hypothesis, which explains 'Rejuvenation', makes drastic changes in material science, is used by us for solving of technical problems and opens a way of creation of new materials and directions, e.g.: 1) Iron based hydrogen accumulation alloys; 2) gradient products for working in impact-contact loading conditions.
