A kinetic Spectrophotometric method for determination of aspartame in real sample abstract

A kinetic spectrophotometric method for accurate and sensitive determination of aspartame has been described. The method is based on the reaction of the aspartame on the Orange G-bromate in acidic media system which shows maximum absorbance at 478.5 nm. To obtain the maximum sensitivity, the effective reaction variables were optimized. The absorbance concentration plot under optimized experimental conditions is linear over the range of 0.07-4.3 mgL- 1 for aspartame, respectively. The proposed method was successfully applied for determination of aspartame in real samples
