Total Pelvic Exentration for Locally Advance Neuroendocrine of Rectum don’t be the first treatment; Case report and review of literature

Pelvic Exentration remains the beast treatment of recurrent or persistent pelvic gynicologic and nongynicologic malignancy after primary non-surgical treatment. Altough multididesiplinary treatment in manegment of rectal malignancy result beast survival but due to poor response of Neuroendocrine Carcinoma to Chemoradiation early Aggressive Surgical Approach accompany with Favorable Outcomes. We are reporting a case of locally advance neuroendocrine tumor of the rectum that an early aggressive approach (Total Pelvic Exentration) resection have resulted in longer survival.
