Abstract:
Using tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) as Si source, and aqueous solution of Cu and Co acetates as the precursors CuO-CoO /SiO2 nanocomposite aerogels were prepared through different methods, such as sol-gel process, CO2 supercritical drying (SCD) techniques. Catalysts supported by the nanocomposite aerogels were prepared by impregnation method. They were used in the synthesis of diphenylamine.the specific surface area, pore size distribution of the nanocomposite aerogels were determined by the Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) method. High catalytic activity for the Buchwald Hartwig cross‐coupling reaction was obtained for this new nanocomposite aerogels of CuO-CoO /SiO2. This also reveals obvious advantages such as the simple experimental operation, and excellent yields.
