In this paper, a mechanized and rapid method for identifying healthy milk and rotten milk is presented. First, a microscope equipped with a camera was taken from various samples of raw milk and then, by processing the microscopic images obtained from milk samples with very simple techniques in MATLAB, the differences in the photos were converted to comparable parameters, which were analyzed with much It s easy to detect healthily or rotten milk.
