Abstract:
Reaction furnace of Claus Sulfur recovery unit is modeled using Claus reaction equilibrium relation and Sames & Paskall s experimental equations. Concentration of components in outlet stream, H2S and S2 conversion and furnace temperature are calculated. Computer program is provided based on the model.
