Abstract:

Tourism phenomenon that was be done to discover the world, pilgrimage to holy sites and trad in the past, Today has become to a critical and key sector of economy in many countries in the world. Governments are trying to tourism opportunities in the economic, political and cultural system is up to them, in order to create wealth and employment, social justice, the fight against unemployment and increasing national power and political power to exploit. The purpose of this article, it is noted that some aspects of tourism in the world with a common understanding of global issues closer together and interaction, collaboration and cooperation replaces confrontation and irrational behavior is. If greed, racism and extreme nationalism in the twentieth century, the field of war, destruction, displacement and destruction of millions of people to build, is the phenomenon of tourism can be the foundation of peace and friendship of nations. In this paper, the analytical method based on library resources has been developed to explain some aspects of tourism such as power, national and international from the perspective of security and the Protocol to geopolitical been discussed. The discussion shows that the preconditions for tourism development, security, inclusive and sustainable development of the countries and areas that are open to tourists. So that governments respond to the needs of tourism as political institutions that are essentially its existence and continuity of political life, and it s hard to international needs.
