Governments are trying to tourism opportunities in the economic, political and cultural system is up to them, in order to create wealth and employment, social justice, the fight against unemployment and increasing national power and political power to exploit. The purpose of this article, it is noted that some aspects of tourism in the world with a common understanding of global issues closer together and interaction, collaboration and cooperation replaces confrontation and irrational behavior is.
