Abstract:
Angiolipoma is the histologic variant of lipomas. Arising from fat tissue. Spinal angiolipoma is a rare benign neoplasm containing admix are of blood vessels and mature adipose tissue and usually occur shortly after puberty. We report a case of spinal angiolipoma of a 6-month old girl, the MRI shows a well-defined intradural extramedullary mass.
