Based on researches on chamomile extract , we can conclude that chamomile has flavonoids compound such as Apigenin, Luteolin , Chamazulene and it can prevent cancer cells reproduction and apoptosis. Methods : In current study , we use cellular medium and it’s application relate to cells studying according to growth , nutrition requirements and growth stopping reasons. In order to study cellular growth cycle ; cancer cells growth controlling methods and genes expression adjusting need to cells medium outside body environment. After RNA extraction, RT-PCT method was used. In mentioned technique ; florescence colors or oligonucleotide indices were used to concentration determination. IC50 measurement was used foe extract concentration and growth prevention in half of cells. Enzymatic method was used to substrate reaction in tetrazolium solution salts which MTT is the main case. Evidence of hypothesis: According to the evidence , existence some of effective materials in chamomile aqueous- hydroalcoholic extract cause to removing breast cancer cells. Conclusion: Chamomile plant includes several effective materials and every material has different biological effects. Chamomile has different materials and it can prevent cancer cells growth.
