The craze for online shopping is increasing tremendously in India. Accordingly, the number of e-commerce companies is also in rise. Various companies have started using Internet with the objective of decreasing marketing costs, in turn decreasing the price of their products and services to stay ahead in extremely competitive markets.To make use of these prospects, online retailers have to understand E-commerce market and consider all those factors that influence online shopping. By taking into consideration of numerous factors that influence online shopping, E-commerce companies will be able to understand the relationship between factors and consumer purchasing behavior. With this perceptive, companies are in better situation to make structures related to prospective and true consumers. In this framework, study is intended to find out the distinctive factors impact on electronic shopping in Bangalore city.Distinctive study structure and beneficial assessing technique were used for choosing respondents. The data was gathered through the structured online questionnaire and was sent to 130 prospective customers in Bangalore city, out of which 107 responses were eligible for the study. Study reveals that the apparent ease of use, vender s properties, apparent utility, web design, apparent threat and trust exclusively are the fundamental parameters for online shopping.
