Ranking Suppliers Using Multi-Criteria Method (AHP) in Pars Kaghaz Company in Sari Industrial City

To succeed in competitive markets and survival in the market, organizations cannot just focus on their internal factors, but they should also concentrate on the supply chain and sales chain besides focusing on the value chain; so that the attention to the activities in supply chain, value chain and the sale chain must be completely balanced.In fact, supply chain management integrates all these activities through chain processes for continuous improvement and achievement of organizational development.Given the importance of the subject, this study assesses and ranks the raw materials suppliers of Pars Kaghaz Co. of Sari (Mazandaran, Iran) through using Analytic Hierarchy. The current study includes the following stages:First, the theoretical principles related to supply chain management and the rating tools and then the previous researches carried out by other researchers are described and mentioned. Then, the methodology of the research is explained. The statistical population in this study includes the managers and staff of Pars Kaghaz Co. of Sari. To collect data, ten experts were selected and the interview method was used. Afterwards, the collected data was tested by Super Decision software and hierarchically analyzed. Finally, the related conclusions were presented.
