Abstract:
A new method of image enhancement based on filter fusion using fuzzy reinforcement learning is proposed. In a reinforcement learning system an environment give reward and punishment but in this research a Fuzzy inference engine is acquired to act as environment to give reward and punishment in a reinforcement learning system. The processed results have done with Matlab software code and the data set of Herleve university hospital has been used. In this code four filter median, local average, sharpening, and Wiener filters has been selected to apply on image the weighting system has been tuned with fuzzy inference engine The results show convincing improvement in cell image data set.
