In this article we reported 49 year old woman with Amphotericin-resistant Cryptococcus in undiagnosed HIVinfectedpatient with pulmonary and CNS involvement. We concluded simultaneous involvement of lung andmeninges, particularly in immune compromised and HIV infected individuals should be considered.
