Abstract:

در دنیای امروز معنویت و دینداری نقش مهمی در مواجهه افراد با مشکلات روانشناختی دارد نماز و به خصوص نمازجماعت که براجر و معنوین آن در منابع دینی تاکید شده است یکی از فرایضی است که فرد با انجام آن با مسائل معنوی پیونده خورده و در نتیجه می تواند به سلامت دست یابد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر نماز جماعت بر کیفیت و معناداری زندگی دانشجویان پسر ساکن در خوابگاه دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد می باشد. برای انجام این پژوهش که در آن روش علی - مقایسه ای به کار گرفته شد. تعداد 60 نفر از دانشجویان که به مدت 6 ماه به صورت تقریبا متوالی درنماز جماعت شرکت می کردند با 30 نفر دیگر که تا به حال در نماز جماعت شرکت نکرده بودند درمتغیرهای سن، جنسیت، وضعیت تاهل، سلامت جسم، رشته تحصیلی و میزان درآمد خانواده همتا شدند.
