Abstract:
Water is one of the most abundant and most important elements of life, only 3% of which are sweet and only 1% of which is available, which is not equally distributed. Statistics indicate abuse and mismanagement in this subject. In this library research, various aspects of water issues have been addressed. Studies indicate that governments have put more emphasis on using environmental resources to feed and generate economic growth. The results and evidence show that Aquifer development is more economical than construction of dam, and is also a better way to protect the interests of the environment, which has been neglected in some countries such as Iran. Therefore, the proper management of water resources under the supervision of experts in this area is very important in order to prevent biological damage by directing the funds, while rational utilizing natural resources. Modern agriculture should be put on the agenda with a no-dirt cultivation approach focused on educating farmers.
