Pre Solution Evaluation

Solving Problems is the key to progress yet in doing so we sometimes pass the limit of Time/Money requirements for a solution and either make it too Expensive or else too Late. Therefore we need an evaluation that will show Will my solution be worthwhile? Pre Solution Evaluation is a concept for calculating whether or not to try and solve the problem. Since, a solution found when the product is obsolete, has no Value and cannot be justified. The Solution by definition is the product of intellectual process which has the basic process of all consultancies and therefore can be determined by Time/Money factors as to being feasible or not. Hence using this concept Project Managers and Designers can actually determine Problem Solving Time and hence not waste time on long, expensive solutions. Also estimating the maximum time and manpower available for the solution can determine deadlines. In this way Strategic Milestones can be set for actual Starting the Process or Stopping the Process and not waste time looking for a solution that will have no Value at the end.
