TEND TO PORN MOVIES AND DRUG ABUSE: THE ROLE OF COMPANY OF DELINQUENT PEERS AND PARENTAL MONITORING

Background and Aim : Some teenagers, despite the negative effects of porn video and drug abuse on mental, emotional and cognitive development, they watch Pornography. The aim of this study was investigate the role of and drug abuse company of delinquent peers and parental monitoring on adolescents tendency to porn movies.Methods : This study was descriptive and correlational. The study population included all male and female adolescents were of Parsabad moghan city of Ardebil. The sample of 325 adolescents who were selected by random sampling method. To collect the data, parental monitoring, peer company offender and Tend to porn movies questionnaires and drug abuse questionnaires were used. Pearson correlation coefficient and simple linear regression was used for analysis data.Results : The data analysis indicated that there is a negative correlation between parental monitoring and tends to porn movies and tends to drug abuse that there is a positive correlation between company of delinquent peers and tends to porn. Also according to results of regression analysis, company of delinquent peers and parental monitoring, explain 19/5 % of variance of tend to porn movies and drug abuse.Conclusion : Weak parental monitoring and company of delinquent peers, plays an important role in tend to porn movies and drug abuse in adolescents
