Abstract:

Background and Aim : Given that addiction has become one of the biggest problems in advanced societies today, we need to look for a strategy to quit addiction and minimize complications for the addicted person and reduce drug addiction syndrome as much as possible. In this experimental study, 20 female mice weighing 20-30 g were used. First, the mice were divided into 5 groups of 4. The control group was a group that was not treated after receiving tramadol to stop the addiction. All groups were addicted to the oral route (tramadol at a concentration of 0.7 mg / ml with 3% sucrose) during 21 days. At the time of testing, the animals were injected with salt, and after 30 minutes, naloxone was injected. Then the Symptoms of addiction withdrawal syndrome were observed and recorded. The results of the groups were compared using SPSS software, ANOVA and post hoc tests. P <0.05 was considered as a significant difference. The results of this study showed that the use of salt addiction treatment camp reduced the significant signs of addiction withdrawal syndrome in female mice (54% for jumping – 67% for standing on the feet ) Therefore, it seems that having a person in the salt environment can significantly help to stop addiction and reduce the syndrome of addiction
