Abstract:

Jobless population in Iran is huge both in the number and in the ratio to the whole country population. Many factors have been cited as causes of huge jobless population that most of them could not be eliminated in the short-term or medium-term. The paper will analysis the feasibility of operating employee leasing companies , as a solution to create sustainable jobs & sustainable carriers for most of job seekers without a need of completion of a series of massive socio-economic reforms. Those carriers could mostly be sustainable despite the tendencies of clients for the short-term job contracts. This paper will examine the feasibility from PESTEL (political, economic, social, technological, environmental and legal) perspectives. Theoretically, the employee leasing companies , can organize most of job seeking people into work teams and carriers that will harness their working power and will motivate their learning capacities and also keep them away from so many unpleasant consequences of joblessness, both individually and socially. Plus, Employee Leasing Companies are likely to pull in some technology related services and products from a wide range of SMEs. (Abstract)
