Several investigations on the reparation of the sores accomplished and with due an insignificant that perform pharmaceutical herbal have side effects less than chemical medicine، thus the aim of study is the Research the effect of Nigella sativa on reparation of sores.Method: This article is a passing studying that compilation it is own contents for writing in the information sites) in Persian (SID- Iran Doc- Magi ran and) English (Science direct- Medline. 10 articles fined about the thing recovered result between 2014-2019.Findings: The result of the studying shows that Nigella sativa is one of the herbal treatments that is very hopeful that delayed the progress of many chronic diseases. This plant with impression to making collagen and also increasing the level of the growth factors and increasing with the blood cells, can recovered sores rapidly. According to the experiments the juice of Nigella Sativa in local use in mouse cases raising local infection and recovered inflammation. The juice of the Nigella sativa in compare with Tetracycline and Cefuroxime and Ciprofloxacin has antibacterial activity and in compare with Co-trimoxazole has anti fungus property. Use 6 weeks Nigella oil cases increasing of the Phagocyte activity of peritoneum Macrophage and also increasing Circumferential blood Lymphocyte in Diabetic mouse. Also recommending 5 ml of Nigella oil daily in digestive system disorders patient in the course of two mounts have very meaning effect in treatment of digestive difficult.Discussion: Reparation of the sore is a difficulty trunk that need a carefully and suitable management. According to positive affection of Nigella Sativa in recovering of the sores and using Nigella Sativa as herbal medicine in compare with chemical medicine have very little expenses and also have a little side effect. The member of treatment team especially nurses have an important role in management and protect and treatment of sores, Therefor suggested that use from this plant as an alternative or a complementary treatment.
