Clinical improvement of the poisoned patientscan be expected and paraclinical examination within the context can be carried out. Mean wisemaybe this shows the importance of VBG in patients with cardiogenic shock, so that in any patientswith cardiogenic shock and severe metabolic acidosis we should think about ALP poisoning. Conclusion : as the same in results.
