Abstract:

Background and Aim : Uterine leiomyomas are the most common frequent tumors of the female genitaltract. The average volume of blood loss during laparoscopic myomectomy is 80 to 250 ML. A number ofintervention have been introduced to reduce bleeding rate during myomectomy eg vasopressin.Methods : This study was conducted prospectively on 40 patient. The patient randomly divided in 2 group.In first group we use vassopresin with the dose of 1:10 and in the second group vassopresin with the doseof 1:20.Results : There was no difference between two group in hemoglobin and hemodynamicConclusion : there was no difference in the amount of intraoperative bleeding and hemodynamic indiffrence dose of vasopressin
