فرآیند ایجاد شغل

«شغل» صرفا منبع درآمد نیست؛ بلکه بخشی از هویت اجتماعی و فردی انسان را می سازد. وقتی فرد دارای شغل است، احساس ارزشمندی، مسئولیت و تعلق بیشتری به جامعه پیدا می کند. از سوی دیگر، کارآفرینی نقطه ی شروع این روند است، زیرا با ایجاد فرصت های جدید شغلی نه تنها برای خود، بلکه برای دیگران نیز زمینه ی رشد و تعالی فراهم می کند.

می توان گفت:

• کارآفرینی، تجلی روح خلاق انسان است.
• شغل، تجلی شخصیت و هویت اجتماعی اوست.
• و ترکیب این دو، موتور محرک توسعه ی جامعه محسوب می شود.
• کار زاییده ی اراده ی انسان برای معنا بخشیدن به زندگی است. هر شغلی، صرف نظر از بزرگی یا کوچکی اش، بخشی از هویت انسان را می سازد و او را به موجودی اثرگذار در جهان تبدیل می کند. زمانی که فرد دست به کارآفرینی می زند، از مرز دریافت کننده ی فرصت عبور کرده و به آفریننده ی فرصت بدل می شود. در سایه ی کارآفرینی، شغل نه تنها شکل می گیرد بلکه روح خلاقیت، امید و مسئولیت در جامعه زنده می شود. در این میان، تشخیص فرصت های کارآفرینی از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است؛ زیرا هر نوآوری و هر کسب وکار موفق از لحظه ای آغاز می شود که انسان نیازهای نادیده، چالش های خاموش و منابع استفاده نشده را درک کرده و آن ها را به فرصت تبدیل کند. کارآفرین کسی است که با چشمی بیناتر از دیگران به دنیای اطراف می نگرد و با جسارت اقدام، از دل فکر و تلاش خود ارزش می آفریند و به زندگی معنا می بخشد.

In the meantime, recognizing entrepreneurial opportunities is of particular importance, because every innovation and every successful business begins from the moment a person understands unseen needs, silent challenges, and unused resources and turns them into opportunities. An entrepreneur is someone who looks at the world around him with a more discerning eye than others and, with the courage to act, creates value from his thoughts and efforts and gives meaning to life.
