SEYED NOOREDDIN JAFARI (NOORI) was born in Tehran, Iran in 1981 and graduated with a PhD in electronics from Iranian Azad University (IAU) in 2019 focusing on "Solar Cells Devices and Nano Structures". Previously, he completed his Master's degree at IAU in 2007, focusing on "Biomedical Microelectrodes by MEMS Technology". He is an Assistant Professor at IAU and has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the university. He served as the manager of the electrical engineering department for three years. Additionally, he held the position of head of the technical and professional school of the university for two years. Furthermore, he served as the university's vice-chancellor for two years, demonstrating his leadership and administrative capabilities. Currently, he is a Researcher at the Telecommunications Institute at University of Beira Interior (UBI) in Portugal. With a specialization in Embedded Electronic Systems, he applies his expertise in Nanoelectronics, Optoelectronics, Bioelectronics, and IoT to design, implement, and program innovative solutions in these fields. He has extensive experience in teaching specialized courses and conducting laboratory sessions, creating engaging learning environments for students. Dr. Jafari has held notable positions, including the chairman of the jury committee of the analog section of the National Electricity Conference at IAUL in 2014. Dr. Jafari has an impressive research background, with published articles in solar cells, nanotechnology, and biomedical systems.
