آقای دکتر Amirhosein Norouzi Shahtouri

Amirhossein Norouzi Shahtouri is an Iranian researcher and entrepreneur specializing in public policy and smart governance. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Public Policy and has also completed an Advanced Program in Islamic Financial Management (DBA). He serves as the Executive Deputy of the Governance Transformation Think Tank and works as a Data Analyst at the Research Center of the Islamic Consultative Assembly (Parliament of Iran). His areas of expertise include policy-making in smart systems—particularly smart urban governance—problem system analysis, and mechanisms for promoting good governance and combating corruption. He believes that digital transformation and smart governance can effectively reduce corruption in administrative systems and enhance transparency. Norouzi Shahtouri is also active in the field of think tanks and policy research networks, working to strengthen evidence-based policymaking in Iran. His research portfolio includes 31 analytical reports on the issues of parliamentary constituencies across Iran, as well as studies and publications on Iran’s relations with Russia and China. He has published several academic papers and books, and his analytical commentaries regularly appear in specialized journals and online platforms.
