A compact microstrip low pass filter with wide stop band and sample structure

in this paper a new compact microstrip low pass filter with deep stop band and sample structure is proposed . the presented filter has -3 dB cut-off frequency at 2.67 GHz and also has a deep stop band from 3 GHz to 19.3 GHz with the suppression level of -20 dB . the LPF has a good insertion loss less than .1 dB and acceptable roll off . the overall size of the proposed LPF is only (.02 λ2g) . finally , the proposed filter has been simulated by EM simulator of ADS software.
