Abstract:

AbstractMedicine is going towards modern modifications and the drugs will be prescribed based on genomic data in oncoming years [1]. This means personalized medicine in which prevention and treatment will be accomplished according to genomic features for each patient. Also, personalized medicine can play an important role to predicts potential of each person against a disease bioinformatics leads to some achievements in personalized medicine along with other experimental method developments [2]. In this study. We will describe the descriptions and applications of personalized medicine. Then some models and algorithms, will be compared as this aspect [3]. We also compared personalized medicine softwares in this study. For example: SATrans (Software for Annotation of Transcriptome), MicroPipe, FLOSS (Free/Libre Open Source Software), Open Babel and RadaR (Rapid analysis of diagnostic and antimicrobial patterns in R) softwares [4]. Finally, the state_of_the_art algorithm has been introduced for researchers.
