Abstract:
In this study, pure Cu-BDC and composite Cu-BDC@rGO produced in a micro-reactor by microwave heating technique to explore the hydrogen adsorption capacity of the materials. The combination of microwave heating and microfluidic significantly reduced the reaction time and reactor size in comparison to conventional methods [1]. On the other hand, this new technique increases the industrial applications of microwave irradiation for material synthesis. Besides, some materials such as MOF, PIM, and POF have not find their position in industries due to problems such as the impossibility of continuous production and industrial production, high production costs, etc. So, we promote a fast and continuous technique to solve this challenge. This technique increased the yield of the synthesis in comparison to conventional heating technique. A schema of microwave-assisted microfluidic process is presented in fig. 1.
