Abstract:

During recent years, the researchers and managers have focused on organizational learning and learner organization in many organizations, especially didactic systems that, finally it caused that didactic systems consider the learner organization as the target. That being so, understanding whether schools are inclined toward learner organization or not is of high importance. The aim of this study is examining the status of Iran schools in the context of learner organization. Along this, the parameters of learner organization (mental models, personal mastery, shared vision, systematic thinking and team learning) are examined. This study in terms of nature is quantitative research and in terms of the study purpose is practical, and in terms of data collection time is cross sectional and in terms of modality of data collection is survey-descriptive. The statistical population of the study includes 700 people of teachers of school in district 6 of Tehran. The statistical sample is obtained through Cochran
